Learn to Love Your Body: Groups for Men and Women

This group will focus on how you currently feel about your body, changing negative perspectives to positive and learning to love your body exactly the way it is right now. You will artistically explore your body image and take steps to let go of misconceptions or change these for acceptance, integration and healthy self care. This group will run for 8 weeks starting Fridays at 6pm Oct 6, 2018 for 1.5hrs per group at 9562 82 Ave Edmonton,ab downstairs. The cost is $125.00 for 4 weeks or $250.00 for 8 weeks.
